Once again, Ashleigh from Princess Nail Lacquer has released a beautiful autumn collection. The six polishes from this year are the perfect addition to last years autumn collection (here). I think there is only available (at the time of writing this) and I’m not sure if they’ll be restocked again… You’ll just have to keep an eye out for them. HibernationThis is a lovely cool-toned lilac/grey. My photos have come out a little darker than IRL but not much! One coat.
Crisp & CoolA darker purple than has cool, grey undertones to it. One coat.
Bonfire NightI am in LOVE with this gorgeous burgundy/plum shade. I think I’ll be pairing this with Aimee (see below) for its namesake. One coat.
Hats & ScarvesA pretty cool-toned fuschia pink. One coat.
Sweater WeatherThis looks very different on me than I’ve seen in other swatches! It’s been labelled a pink on the website but on me, its a muted burgundy/red/brown – I’m not really sure! One coat.
Harvest FestivalAnd finally, we have this deep rich red which is perfect for autumn. One coat.
As usual, all of these polishes have amazing formulas and they’re all one-coaters, without being thick and gloopy! I’ve been waiting for some cremes from PNL for a while now for this very reason and the collections are always stunning. I can’t wait to see what’s next! If you haven’t already check out PNL’s website then I suggest you do so now – Ashleigh has just released two amazing Halloween Collections (which I sadly can’t afford).
While we’re here I thought I’d show you my swatches of Aimee. At the time of purchasing this was a ‘mystery polish’, so I had no idea what it would be other than the promise of a gorgeous autumn holo! And you couldn’t be more right – Aimee is literally autumn in a bottle with added holo goodness. I love it.
Just so you know I’ll be going back to one post a week until I’ve finally finished my master’s degree and handed in my thesis on 15th December! I might occasionally post a couple of times if I can find the time. Which day should I publish on? Leave your suggestions in the comments!
