I have 3 Revolution Beauty eyeshadow palettes to share with you this week. First up we have the I Heart Revolution Violet Chocolate Palette. As soon as I saw some of the shades in this, I just knew I had to get it! It costs just £8.99 for 18 pans and is available to buy from revolutionbeauty.com and Superdrug. I think this palette is going to be perfect for autumn…This is only my third of the Chocolate Palette range but this one as a slightly different layout to the others by replacing the larger first and last pan with 2 extra shades – more colours for your money! It still smells sweet, but I wouldn’t say chocolate, and it has the names underneath the shadows instead of on an insert (which I never keep!).
I’m a big fan of the formula of these shadows. None of the colours are powdery and all of them are super pigmented and blend well, even the palest shade Prevail which is excellent for blending out under the brow bone for me and my skin tone. I have to say I picked this palette up solely for Mulberry and Forsaken and I was not disappointed! They’re both gorgeous berry tones that I can see myself wearing throughout autumn and winter. I’ve already used this for quite a few warm smokey brown eye looks as well, using the metallic finishes for a cut crease.
Overall, this is a very versatile palette with high-quality shadows at an affordable price! Highly recommend!
