Another Barry M blog post! They’re on a roll with their new releases recently and of course I had to get them all… This time I have the 4 new Gelly Hi Shine nail paints ready for autumn – I’m so glad they’re still making these as I love the formula. I feel like the range has definitely replaced the classic line too…
Nutmeg
This is a gorgeous warm brown-nude, perfect for autumn I say. The formula is great and takes only 2 coats.
Rhubarb
This is quite possible one of my favourite Gelly shades so far! It’s a deep mulberry colour, a little too purple to be rhubarb, buts it’s stunning none-the-less. This is also 2 coats.
Ginger Another perfect autumnal colour! This red is warm and earthy and will work wonders for a leafy nail art. 2 coats shown.
Spearmint
I love this one too and it’s definitely going to be a colour I reach for in the cooler months – it’s a beautiful dusky/muted teal! 2 coats.
I’m loving these 4 new additions to the Gelly Hi Shine range, there are certainly no dupes, and I can’t wait to see what other colours they add! You can buy these now for £3.99 each at Superdrug (2 for £5), Boots (3 for 2) and the Barry M Website.
Don’t forget to check out my swatches of the new Molten Metals, Under the Sea and Boots Limited Edition Nail Paints too! I have the Superdrug LEs coming soon…

These are all gorgeous! I do not have many Barry Ms, so I am wondering: is their brush the same across the different lines (gelly hi-shines, coconut infusion, molten metals, etc)? I really love the brush on the Gelly Hi-Shine polish I have, it just works so well with the formula.

If you’re talking about the wider, flatter brush they changed to then yes, all new releases have the same brush!
